Prayer for America 11/03/05

The world around us is becoming cold. Temperatures are dropping. Frost often frames the windows, and snow will begin to cover the ground like a white blanket. God, although the outside is cold, please help us, as people, not to become cold. let us not turn our backs on one another during hardships but, instead, hold out our hands in support. Please, God, let us know the joys of the crisp, cool air without knowing the anguish of being cold, hungry, and alone. Amen.

When we awaken the sleeping lion of potential within, we allow it to spring forth in our lives with a mighty, joyful roar.
