Prayer for America 03/04/06

Holy Father, stand with us as we stand together as one nation, one people, one spirit. Let your presence move through us as we unite in love, peace, and harmony. One nation, one people, one spirit. Express your will in our actions, our words, our thoughts. One nation, one people, one spirit. Direct our steps toward that which spreads love, light, and hope. One nation, one people, one spirit. Stand with us, Lord of Light, as we make our stand for freedom, for liberty, for the pursuit of joy. One nation, one people, one spirit.

Hope knows that on the other side of pain is joy and on the other side of injustice is peace.
