Prayer for America 12/30/05

Father, forgive this nation for any and all wrongs she has committed against the land, the environment, and humanity. We are a good and strong nation, with much to be proud of, but we are not perfect. We have made mistakes. We are sorry. Help us learn from our mistakes, for if we do not, we will have made yet another unfortunate mistake for which there is no excuse. As we move forward, let us always keep an eye on our past so that our errors are not repeated. Amen.
