Prayer for America 02/20/06

Heavenly Father, bless those who speak of love in times of hate. Bless those who move with courage in times of fear. Bless those who stand for justice in times of retribution. Bless those who keep the faith in times of uncertainty. Bless those who seek out good in times of evil. Bless those who believe in life in times of death.

Faith is the still, small voice within that whispers,
"We shall overcome."
Hope is the gentle urging of the soul
to keep moving toward the light.
Charity is the quiet prompting of the spirit
to give of itself to those in need.
Love is the sweet song of the heart that rises like a bird on the wing.
