Prayer for America 03/24/06

Dear God, I know America isn't a single thing. We're a nation of states. And our states comprise regions. And those regions contain cities and towns and villages. And those towns comprise neighborhoods. And in the neighborhoods, blocks. And on those blocks, houses filled with families.

Father, I ask that you make America strong by strengthening its families. And through those families, its neighborhoods, its cities, and its states. And through those, the strength of these United States. I ask that our nation grow stronger and stronger.

Lord, I ask your help to begin by teaching me to love my family and to be a good neighbor.
