Prayer for America 04/01/06

The time of hope and renewal dawns in America: in our gardens, in the trees, and in the celebration of resurrection. Restore our joy, Father, where we have been robbed of it. Bring healing to our hearts where we have been wounded by evil. Grant us a fresh surge of strength to rebuild where we have been torn down. And let us rise up in your power, as a testimony to your promise of new life to all who trust in you.
