Prayer for America 04/08/06

Lord, as our country’s leaders deal with national problems, we commit them to your care and ask you to be with them. Keep them, strong, and help them make the right decisions. Let commons sense prevail. Guide them in the ways of peace.

Bless us, the citizens of the United States, with patience and understanding, and enable us to respond in a spirit of cooperation to the decisions made by our representatives. Amen.

What we need are critical lovers of America--patriots who express their faith in their country by working to improve it.
