Prayer for America 04/20/06

Spirit, the children need you. Give them a peaceful slumber, full of dreams of hope and wonder and childish pleasures. If they should awaken in the middle of the night and cry out in a fear, comfort them with your loving presence, that they may know they are protected and cared for throughout the long dark hours. And when they rise to face a new day, shine your light upon them, that they may feel the joy of being young, free, and blessed. Thank you, Spirit.
