Prayer for America 06/24/06

What is an American, Lord? An American is one who has pride in their country, a person who stands up for what he or she believes in. An American has understanding and helpful words for those around them. An American is not afraid to be different. An American is free. An American cares for his brothers and sisters. An American does not discriminate. An American does not back down when challenged. An American stands behind fellow Americans in times of need. An American, God, is all these thing and more. Amen.
