Prayer for America 04/09/06

I thank you, Lord, for amber waves of grain. For grocery shelves filled with cereal and macaroni and cheese. This is a land of plenty, a land of farms both large and small that feed our country as well as many parts of the world. So we thank you for our daily bread. Be with our farmers, and give them strength and joy. We are blessed, and we are grateful. Amen.
